Cost & Payment

We charge a $25 initial consultation fee.  There is no charge for a quote.  If a design is necessary, our design fee ranges from $100-200, depending on the size and complexity. If the job is contracted, the consultation and/or design fee(s) will be applied to the total cost.
Since the particular needs of a landscape job can vary considerably, there is no way to provide an accurate estimate until the job has been measured and your goals for the project have been defined.
We typically request a 50% deposit before the project begins. We will not begin any work until this deposit clears your bank.  Once completed, the remaining 50% balance will be due. We do work with customers in offering creative payment plans when extenuating circumstances are involved.

Services

We can recommend several reputable sprinkling contractors to install irrigation systems for your lawn and landscaping.
We are open to maintaining landscapes that we have installed, however, we are not a lawn/landscape maintenance company.
We do not offer maintenance contracts, but we do offer initial programs including fertilization and weed control for newly installed landscapes and lawns in order to provide ongoing assurance that your landscape will thrive.

The Process

Yes, we do offer a guarantee that is provided upon completion of the project.  Ask us for full details.
We make every effort to complete projects in a timely manner and typically schedule projects on a “first come first served” basis. Weather and specific site circumstances occasionally do interrupt projects, but typically we work on one job at a time and will not begin another project until yours is completed. In the case where other contractors will be involved (ie. sprinkling, cement, deck builders, excavators), their schedules must also be considered.
There are 4 phases. First, we will meet with you for an initial consultation, discussing your needs, desired time frame, and budget. Second, a design will be drawn (if applicable), followed up by a personal presentation of the design and estimate. Third, upon a signed acceptance of the proposal, the project will be scheduled. And finally, the landscape project will proceed.
